The project involves the design and development of a Quality Management System (QMS) for the services and operations of the Center for Lifelong Learning at the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens.
Specifically, the assignment entails the preparation of a study, including the creation of a quality assurance manual for the services and functions of KEDIVIM, based on the principles and guidelines of the Hellenic Authority for Higher Education Quality Assurance and the European Quality Assurance Reference Framework for Vocational Education and Training (EQUAVET).
This includes analyzing the requirements of the quality system and subsequently drafting the quality manual to ensure the QMS includes: 1) quality policy and principles, 2) the quality manual, 3) process analysis, 4) procedure analysis, and 5) internal and external forms of the institution.
