Project Scope:
1. Development of the Operational Plan for the Transition Observatory
The purpose of the Operational Plan is to define the vision, strategic goals, and priorities of the Transition Observatory, as well as to outline the actions required to fulfill its mission. This includes creating an updated plan for the Observatory.
2. Research Studies
2.1 Study on the Educational Pathways of First-Cycle Secondary Education Graduates**
This study aims to provide policy recommendations by analyzing data on school attendance (excluding vocational education), national exam results, and conducting qualitative research.
2.2 Study on the Educational Pathways of Secondary Vocational Education Graduates**
The objective is to offer policy proposals based on an analysis of school attendance data within vocational education, national exam results, and qualitative research.
