The primary objective of the evaluation project was to determine the outcomes of the programs and to provide conclusive assessments regarding their implementation.
In this context, the final evaluation report included:
a) an overall assessment of program implementation, evaluating the feasibility and potential for expansion or alternative options,
b) a detailed final evaluation of actions per activity,
c) overall conclusions regarding the objectives of the actions, their implementation, and their impact on society, and
d) identification of any additional needs or specific characteristics of the target groups.
