The project aimed to conduct a General Employee Survey on a limited scale (in terms of sample size) to identify and forecast skill needs within the framework of the National System for Diagnosing Labor Market Needs.
The project was implemented in the following phases:
1. Detailed Research Project Design: This included determining the research sample, finalizing data collection tools, and setting an implementation timeline. A comprehensive plan was developed to carry out a quantitative employee survey through 1,500 telephone interviews and 150 in-person interviews with employees.
2. Implementation: (a) A nationwide quantitative field survey with a sample of 1,500 employees (telephone interviews), stratified by age (three age groups), region, and employment size (three employment size groups), ensuring a minimum of 75 employees in each single-digit occupational category (excluding the Armed Forces). (b) Conducting 150 in-person interviews on the same topic, providing more detailed responses to the key questions.
3. Data Processing/Analysis and Final Research Report Writing**: The final report was titled "General Employee Survey 2015."
