Study on the Establishment and Operation of a Research and Technology Organization of Peloponnese within the Framework of the Smart Specialization Strategy in the Region of Peloponnese

The project involved conducting a study to explore a range of combined actions and initiatives for designing, creating, and managing the necessary structures for knowledge transfer, research promotion, and innovation, aimed at fully implementing the smart specialization strategy in the Region of Peloponnese.

Specifically, the goal is to promote business investments in R&D, foster links and synergies between businesses and research and development centers, particularly by encouraging investments in product and service development, technology transfer, social and ecological innovation, demand stimulation, networking, clustering, and open innovation through smart specialization. Additionally, the project supports technological and applied research, pilot lines, and related activities.

Within this framework, the study will investigate and document existing structures, infrastructure, and research entities that can accelerate regional and local development by promoting synergies and investments to drive integrated and sustainable growth in the Region of Peloponnese.
