The project involved the development of a standard organization and operation plan for the Borrower Information Centers (KEΔ) as regional services under the Special Secretariat for Private Debt Management (EGDIX). These centers aim to inform borrowers and provide them with financial and legal advice.
To ensure the successful fulfillment of the duties of both EGDIX and KEΔ, as well as their autonomy, efficient, and effective operation, specific actions were required, including:
- Creation of standard operating procedures for KEΔ.
- Proposed operational and organizational model for KEΔ.
- Development of an action plan for the establishment and launch of KEΔ.
- Development and operation of an online portal to facilitate collaboration with management, interaction with citizens, and to support the outreach function of EGDIX.
- Development of an information system to support EGDIX's operations, enabling information management and processing, and facilitating staff communication in exercising their duties.
