The project focused on supporting the Special Managing Authority of the Operational Program "Human Resources Development, Education, and Lifelong Learning" (Managing Authority of OP ANAD-EDBM) regarding:
a) the midterm review of the OP ANAD-EDBM in 2018 until its approval, and
b) the progress assessment during the implementation of the Program.
The Contractor’s tasks included examining and documenting the following:
A. Effectiveness of the Operational Program
B. Performance Framework of the Operational Program
C. Efficiency of the Operational Program
D. Relevance of the intervention logic within the Program’s Strategy
E. Revision of the Operational Program
F. Preparation for impact assessments.
