The scope of the project is the organizational study of the Directorate of Strategic Planning and Funding Coordination of the Special Service for Just Development Transition (JTF-MA), aiming to strengthen its administrative capacity and enable it to carry out its tasks within its areas of responsibility. The project's deliverables are:
Deliverable 1 (D1):
Implementation Guide for Co-financed Projects by the Directorate of Strategic Planning and Funding Coordination (development of a guide detailing the procedures for implementing co-financed projects, including technical assistance projects, taking into account the structure and responsibilities of the Directorate of Strategic Planning and Funding Coordination as defined by the regulatory framework governing its operation).
Deliverable 2 (D2):
Procedures for collaboration between the Directorate of Strategic Planning and Funding Coordination and the Managing Authority of the JTF 2021-2027 Program (development of a manual detailing the procedures for collaboration between the Directorate of Strategic Planning and Funding Coordination and the Managing Authority of the "Just Development Transition" Program 2021-2027, taking into account the structure, responsibilities, and regulatory framework governing the operation of both services).
