The project involved conducting a study on KEDE's strategy for the migration issue and operational planning for funding actions. Specifically, the project included the analysis and presentation of the following thematic areas:
(a) Analysis of the current situation regarding the migration issue, including an overview of the legal framework and institutional initiatives in the country.
(b) Formulation of KEDE’s positions within the context of consultations with relevant committees on managing the migration issue by the country's municipalities.
(c) Development of an Operational Plan and outlining of proposed actions to address the migration issue.
(d) Creation of a roadmap and preparation of a plan for alternative funding sources for implementing the proposed actions (eligibility of expenses) within the operational plan framework for addressing the migration issue.
(e) Collaboration with other organizations, networks, universities, the Church of Greece, and scientific associations.
