Based on the needs to expedite the implementation of Priority Axis 2A, the scope of this specific project to support the Managing Authority included the following service areas:
a) Monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of specialization and activation (calls to potential beneficiaries) regarding the inclusion of actions and the progress of the implementation of integrated actions under Priority Axis 2A.
b) Proposing and implementing corrective actions for more effective preparation of activations (specializations) and calls to potential beneficiaries of the OP actions within Priority Axis 2A.
c) Proposing and implementing coordination actions for the activation and implementation processes of Priority Axis 2A actions among potential beneficiaries, the Managing Authority of the Region of Peloponnese OP, relevant central Services (Ministries), and European Commission Services, to ensure more effective activation and implementation of Priority Axis 2A actions.
d) Intermediate and final assessment of coordination actions for the activation and implementation of Priority Axis 2A actions.
