The scope of this specific project supporting the Managing Authority includes the following service sections regarding the acceleration of the implementation and completion of Action Plan 2A:
- Evaluation and selection of actions of Action Plan 2A for inclusion in the Operational Program.
- Issuance of new or modification of previous action specifications of Action Plan 2A.
- Monitoring the overall implementation progress of Action Plan 2A, both in terms of utilizing actions already specified or to be specified in the near future, as well as monitoring and assessing the effectiveness of funding proposals for the inclusion of new actions.
- Monitoring the progress of the implementation of already included actions in terms of contract signing, commencement of contract execution, and implementation/execution of contracts.
- Synchronization of the implementation of Action Plan 2A with the corresponding Action Plan of the new Operational Program for the period 2021-2027 and support for the "transfer" of existing actions to the new Operational Program.
