- The project involved providing technical and consulting support services within the framework of the program "Innovative Response for Facilitating Young Refugees’ Social Support" and included the following tasks:
1. Monitoring the progress of the physical and financial aspects of the project, handling pending tasks and deliverables according to the implementation schedule, and holding meetings with the OAED working group.
2. Monitoring the quality of the project deliverables.
3. Supporting project managers in project management meetings and various activities/actions, meetings, and events.
4. Assisting with obligations and communication with the National Erasmus+ Youth Sector Coordination Unit (INEDIVIM) and the EACEA (Erasmus+ - European Commission).
5. Facilitating communication with project partners to: (a) regularly gather financial and other data and clarify financial terms, (b) coordinate deliverable development, (c) respond to nquiries and provide clarifications, and (d) issue reminders.
6. Finalizing the framework and methodology for Internal Evaluation (particularly regarding quantitative and qualitative indicators) to be agreed upon by the Coordinating Organization and partners during the project’s initial phase.
7. Collecting, monitoring, and processing data throughout the project, in line with quantitative and qualitative monitoring and internal evaluation indicators. This data was available for use in the external evaluation process and in the preparation of project reports and promotional materials.
