The project scope fell under the framework of the Act titled "Actions to strengthen the coordination and communication of non-performing loans" within the Operational Program "Public Sector Reform 2014-2020." The contractor provided technical, legal, and administrative support services to EGDIX for the implementation of the entire Act "Actions to strengthen the coordination and communication of non-performing loans," with OPS code 5005124.
Specifically, the contractor supported EGDIX in implementing, managing, and monitoring the sub-projects it undertook through the following indicative tasks:
- Support in preparing and conducting tenders
- Support in the bid evaluation process
- Assistance in handling objections/appeals
- Support in the contracting process
- Monitoring of the physical and financial aspects
- Data entry support in the OPS system
- Assisting the service in meeting its obligations to the Managing Authority
- Development of operational procedures for the KEYD (Regional Debt Management Centers)
- Organizing a call center in the central support service for KEYD staff
- Designing processes for revising the operational procedures of KEYD
- Configuring the data to be entered into the KEYD information system
- Designing statistical reports generated by the information system
- Monitoring the deliverables of sub-projects directly related to the operation of KEYD
- Providing support for monitoring sub-project deliverables related to expense clearing
