The contract involves providing support services to EDKA, specifically to the Executive Structure of the NSRF within the Ministry of Labor and Social Affairs, Social Solidarity Sector, to fulfill:
a) its responsibilities as outlined in Articles 6 and 17 of Law 4314/2014,
b) its role as a Beneficiary of Actions under the OP Human Resources Development, Education and Lifelong Learning 2014-2020 (including Technical Assistance Actions),
c) its role as the lead agency in fulfilling the necessary conditions for social inclusion, which are prerequisites for funding projects for the period 2021-2027,
d) the planning of actions in the social solidarity sector to be included in the operational programs of the new programming period, and
e) its support in cases where it substitutes for underperforming Beneficiaries.
