The purpose of the contract is to strengthen the operational capacity of the Strategic NSRF Structure of the Ministry of Labor and Social Affairs by providing specialized technical and management support services to Units A and C of the NSRF Structure, in accordance with the Management and Control System procedures.
Indicatively, the main tasks of Units A and C that are supported by the contractor include:
- Design and programming of Actions/Projects of the Ministry in its areas of responsibility related to the NSRF 2014-2020.
- Collection, indexing, and prioritization of proposals for specification and funding by the NSRF Operational Programs.
- Monitoring the progress of project implementation by the Ministry and the achievement of related indicators.
- Drafting and annual updating of the Ministry's operational plan for the relevant policy areas supported by the Strategic NSRF Structure.
- Monitoring the progress of the NSRF 2014-2020 Operational Programs.
- Supporting entities supervised by the Ministry in the maturation of potentially eligible actions and in submitting funding requests in response to published calls by Managing Authorities.
- Supporting actions in which the Ministry of Labor and Social Affairs participates and which are funded by the European Commission.
- Drafting decision drafts and other administrative documents related to the Strategic NSRF Structure’s responsibilities as a Technical Assistance beneficiary.
- Providing legal support to all units of the NSRF Structure on specialized administrative matters and on issues related to the application of Law 4412/2016.
- Drafting calls for expressions of interest for individuals and legal entities within the framework of technical assistance projects.
- Conducting financial audits and clearing expenditures for technical assistance projects, excluding the current contract under Subproject 2 of the project "Technical Support for the Strategic NSRF Structure of the Ministry of Labor and Social Affairs."
