Based on the needs for expediting the implementation of Priority Axis 2A, the scope of this specific project to support the Managing Authority included the following service δreas:
a) Monitoring the progress of specialization, activation (calls to potential beneficiaries), inclusion of actions, and implementation of integrated actions under Priority Axis 2A.
b) Proposing the design of new actions (specializations) and calls to potential beneficiaries of the OP actions under Priority Axis 2A.
c) Supporting Unit A of the OP Managing Authority of the Region of Peloponnese in expediting the proposal evaluation processes for beneficiaries within active calls.
d) Proposing and implementing support actions for the OP Managing Authority of the Region of Peloponnese to optimize the activation and implementation processes of actions under Priority Axis 2A, within the framework of the Managing Authority’s relations with potential beneficiaries, relevant central Services (Ministries), and the European Commission Services responsible for the ESF.
The contract specified the following deliverables:
D1: "Assessment of the current state of activation of Priority Axis 2A - Activation and implementation planning for Priority Axis 2A"
D2: "Report on services provided during the first four months from the start of the project"
D3: "Report on services provided by the Contractor during the second four months from the start of the project"
D4: "Report on services provided by the Contractor during the third four months from the start of the project."
